Simon and David shook hands the first time back in 2013. From that day onwards, Alfred Hili, the importers of Grohe, have become family to us.
We took off by giving the company a fresh and crisp look, which even though this exercise takes us back to 2013, Alfred Hili’s logo is still modern, stylish and smart. Following this initial project, we then moved forward to the subsequent phases.
Once a logo is complete and backed up with brand guidelines, it becomes second nature to plan, design and print stationery, that includes, business cards, complimentary slips, letterheads, envelopes and booking forms, amongst other deliverables.
The next plan was to create a Facebook page, and years later, an Instagram page, to ensure that Alfred Hili and Grohe maintained strong presence on emerging media. MYC today assists Alfred Hili with its website advertising, Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
Once a marketing strategy and budget are established, MYC caters for all the deliverables and necessary processes. MYC assists with voice overs jingles, tunes, magazine advertising together with billboard and TV advertising. MYC assists Alfred Hili with its radio campaigns as well as magazine advertising.
Over the years, we have helped Alfred Hili to promote the latest products and events. One of the most interesting campaigns was the one dedicated to the Grohe Sense family of products. We had access to material which was provided by Grohe and we were able to prepare video, advertising on several publications and much more. We regularly advertise their products on Maltese magazines as well as through Google Display ads and social media.
One successful milestone project by Alfred Hili, with the help of MYC was the development and subsequent launch of its mobile app. Considering the latest trends and the move towards mobile devices for searches and browsing, the development of a user-friendly mobile app was the natural next step for Alfred Hili to cement its digital presence. Being the leading provider of Grohe sanitaryware, ceramics and accessories in a wide range of colours and finishes, Alfred Hili strives to provide all these options with just a few taps. By downloading the app, visitors will be able to see all the options made available through their fingertips. This new purchasing experience enhances Alfred Hili’s competitive edge, simplifying the user journey, delivering more convenience. The app offers the opportunity for one to browse and purchase from the extensive range of bathroom options available. The app was created with user engagement being the central priority, with a combination of visuals and concise text aimed at showcasing the products and value.
The creation of an easy-to-use app is of paramount importance for the customer journey. Also high on the agenda was the launch of a digital marketing campaign to support this new platform and drive good traffic numbers. In a nutshell, having a well-designed mobile app without the right traffic volumes will not yield the necessary return on investment. MYC also supported Alfred Hili with the launch of a digital marketing strategy spearheaded by both social media content and Google Display banners. Such a strategy was vital in driving brand awareness for this selling proposition developed by Alfred Hili. The work conducted included the design of the display banners and social media posts which were published for the different viewers.
